She has clinical experience with children in areas including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), articulation and phonological disorders, childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), receptive and expressive language disorders and delays, stuttering, intellectual disabilities, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She also has clinical experience with adults in areas including cognitive impairments, voice disorders, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, dementia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), dysphasia, apraxia, stuttering, and mild to global aphasia. She holds special interest in the areas of stuttering, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and early childhood language.

Caitlin’s passion for working as a Speech-Language Pathologist came from the challenges she experienced in school with her learning disability (Dyslexia). She views her personal experiences as a way to create a deeper connection with her clients by revealing her own challenges to ensure a safe yet challenging, risk-taking therapy environment. She believes that client-clinician relationships are the key to achieving effective therapy and goal progression.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, organizing, and DIY projects!
