Alexis Baham, M.C., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Alexis Baham, M.S., CF-SLP joined the Access to Better Communication team in June of 2022. She earned both her Bachelor (B.S.) and Master of Science (M.S.) degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a Clinical Fellow working toward her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Alexis has gained clinical experience with both children and adults with a variety of challenges and concerns including feeding/swallowing, articulation, expressive and receptive language, social aspects of communication, hearing, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and cognition.
Alexis values the importance of individualized therapy for all her patients. She enjoys finding new and creative ways to motivate children towards their therapy goals. Along with using her own knowledge and experience, Alexis is passionate about seeking out advice from other resources and therapists to provide the best possible care for her patients and their families.
In her free time, Alexis enjoys spending time with her nephew, watching documentaries, and trying out new recipes with friends.
