A native of West Covina, California, Nancy began with Access to Better Communication in March 2016.  She currently serves as the Administrative Manager and  Insurance Specialist. Nancy is a wonderful resource about anything and everything related to insurance benefits. Additionally, she supervises our entire administrative staff on a daily basis and is the one to make sure ABC runs smoothly.

 

Nancy’s gentle and caring personality make her an asset to the ABC family. She says that she loves working at ABC because everyone is helpful and willing to take the time to answer questions or deal with whatever is needed at that moment. Nancy will go above and beyond to make patients and their families feel comfortable.

 

When she is not working, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband and 5 children. She also enjoys camping, sewing, and baking.
